I identify as a saver too. Always have been.

Having a concrete goal for your savings is definitely needed to keep you on track. I’ve done things in reverse from yourself and saved all out for financial independence first, and I’m now saving for the dream house. It’s a big goal – and will take a few years – but it’s going to be so worth it.
